It all begins with an idea.

After 20 years in operations management, I entered the world of real estate. Realizing very quickly the satisfaction of providing a well produced new home, I led the production of several homes.

It was an easy decision to become a licensed residential general contractor and be in a position to not only turn client’s visions into reality, but to also produce Signature properties based on my real estate experience and understanding what buyer’s not only want, but need in a beautiful and functional home.

I have called Concord, NC home since 2007. I raised my children here, and am intimately familiar with the Piedmont and the dynamics of growing & downsizing families and everyone in between. When paired together; my real estate success, a degree in Finance and 9 years in construction operations allows me to understand your dream and have the creativity to realize it.

When time allows, I can be found on a golf course, softball field or enjoying an afternoon with friends.
